Of the three, Pepper's provided the most budget conscious and clear proposal. Rich was also very responsive throughout the whole process. He provided valuable insight and had a vision on how to make our goals a reality. I also greatly appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail of his crew. We have an electric fence and they were careful not to destroy it in the process. They also skillfully maneuvered trucks and a backhoe around our maple tree and flagpole. It was a better price and i felt comfortable that his crew could do the job. It was a bit tricky as there was an old fence 5 yards from the tree and I have multiple dogs so if the fence broke (which i expected) I needed it to be fixed. Somehow they removed the huge tree and did NOT break the fence! They were also neat, thorough and put in the drain pipe in better shape than it was before!
