We decided to complete the protection of the house by installing shutters on the remaining windows and doors. Mark came out to measure promptly and within a short time, he installed them. He makes things worse for himself and homeowner. He does not show up on sight. If you pick him you are basically the GC of people he has sub contracted to and the communications are terrible with no accountability. Subs blame him and always fixing thing that should have been correct the first time. I am pissed. I will do whatever is necessary to make sure no one else has these problems. It is simply his own self inflicted damage. He says people owe him money and for you to get the job done he needs more money even when he is paid in full for the job. Once you pay him more. He disappears. It's a scam. I don't know how these people live with themselves. If they can't handle the job or live up to the contract do they really have to steal from customers mid job. It's sad.
