BEWARE. Hired Gabriel and his crew to raise my rock wall. Everything started off well however after a week of work they stopped showing back up to complete the work. When I reached out to Gabriel he wouldn't answer my calls and he barely replied back by text. If he did reply he would lie and say they would be back tomorrow morning to finish, but they never showed back up. The texting and promises to return continued for a few days until he just stopped replying to my texts Stay away unless you want to work with a shady contractor. My rock wall wasn't completed and they left a mess. Gabriel will come off as an honest nice guy but he WILL rip you off the first chance he gets. He left me with a half completed wall and pissed off neighbors as he left a mess in their yard too. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!! read more

No call - No Show I wish there was a way to report ZERO out of 5 stars. Gabriel made and appointment for Landacaping yard clean up for this past Saturday. The arrangement were made May 22nd. He said he would follow up 2 days prior. I never heard from him Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, June 4th the day of service. Quality of work: I cannot speak to this as he or his team never showed. Customer service: extremely poor. lack of communication and lack of follow up. I purchased Groupons for his service. He is still listed. They do not refund your money. Please DO NOT get any Groupons for this company. I normally vet businesses through YELP or other sites, but landscaping businesses are very hard to come by in El Paso. read more

Everything was going well until I paid him the full amount. He makes promises he can't keep. He was supposed to come by and fix the fence I have as he promised he would but once he got the money it's been a no show. Now I have a leak and he won't even respond to my text. The sad part is that I was going to refer him to my friends and family but that won't be happening. He made an appointment with my parents as well and never showed up. Very unprofessional! We started an estimate with D&B, working with Gabriel specifically. The whole process started out really well, but then turned into, I don't know what you want to call it. Appointments no-call, no-showed. Promised rock samples that were never delivered. A contract that was never emailed and a week overdue. Phone calls and text messages, even emails that were not ever replied to. Supposedly work is scheduled to begin week after next on my front and back yards, but I still haven't heard anything. We've already had a lot of work done on the house by Legacy Construction, Valparisio Painters, and SoBellas (ALL of whom did excellent work and have gotten great reviews from us and I know a couple friends of mine have slated Legacy for a number of their properties. So word travels.) Not sure what to think or even if this is really someone I want working on my home improvements. And this is just the start of what we would need a landscaper for. I needed some trees, chain link fence, and debris removed from my back yard. D&b Landscaping gave me a fair quote, and did an amazing job. They are honest, professional, do excellent work, and are dependable. Gabriel was on time and got the job done much better than I had hoped, and I could not be happier. I need some sod and other work done, and plan to hire Gabriel and his crew for that job and any other yard or landscaping work that I need.
