We've been in many times over the years - purchased a plush dog bed, treats, toys, leads, dog note cards, dog gifts, and more. Stopped in recently for a new collar and harness. I went in with both pups and they were over-stimulated by all the treats and toys at eye level! Thankfully the two employees were gems and helped us find and try on the collars and harnesses. We found a sturdy Ruffwear harness for one, and will probably return to get one for the other pup. As we shopped and looked around, my pups helped themselves to the dog treats smartly displayed in bins on the floor. They loved the bacon treats! So we had to get some of those to take home too.
