We spoke on the phone initially, then scheduled a Meet & Greet where my husband, myself, and our two Ragdoll boys got to hang out with and get to know Laura. Right away, I understood that Laura is a kind, dependable, intuitive, professional person who truly loves what she does, AND has a sense of humor. She kept in touch with us via text messaging every day for the 5 days we were gone, sending updates and cute photos of our boys. Knowing that our kitties were in good hands with someone trustworthy made all the difference for us during our time away. We will absolutely contact Laura the next time we go out of town. They seem to have a very comprehensive selection of dog and cat foods, toys, medications and gear. A very knowledgeable young man answered my questions and showered my dog with love and affection that she totally enjoyed. Based on my positive experience I think that they will be my pet store of choice. The check out person was also very nice. The gate didn't work for us, so I went back a few days later to return it, and that was quick and easy. When I arrived at the ER, Delilah was seen immediately and received medical attention right away. The team worked quickly to stabilize her, and throughout the entire process everyone was kind, respectful, and compassionate. A special thank you to Dr. Henry, who was wonderful during such a difficult time. She was honest, clear, and compassionate when explaining Delilah's condition and prognosis. She gave me her professional assessment while also supporting me through the heartbreaking decision to let Delilah go. Her kindness and empathy meant more to me than I can express. This was my first time visiting this hospital, as I had never needed emergency veterinary care before. Even though the circumstances were overwhelming and emotional, every staff member treated us with care and respect. I would not hesitate to return if I ever needed emergency care for my pets again, and I am even considering transferring the routine care of my other cat to this facility because of the exceptional experience we had and its convenient location close to home.
