They completed repairs within 1.5 weeks and made extra efforts to allow me to pick up my vehicle even after they lost power after a hurricane hit their area. The exterior hard body work performed looks clean and at the moment I'm satisfied with how it came out. The alignment of the new front bumper with the frunk and headlights looks near perfect and the paint job matches the paint perfectly with the rest of my vehicle. In terms of restored autopilot function, I will have to drive it for a bit longer to properly evaluate if sensors were properly aligned and fixed. When it comes to customer satisfaction, it's not something Peotter's just states on their website to look better. It seems to be a true core value of their business and they act with integrity as a trusted professional deserving of their high star rating. After having a ceramic coating job done on my white interior, I was not pleased with the outcome. Peotter's swiftly reached out to me to address the issue, offered a full refund no questions asked, and requested an opportunity to redo the seats.
