Parking is somewhat limited but I found a spot right away. I doubt the lot fills completely, and there is also a handicap spot right next to the door. The entrance is easy to find, and was greeted with the smell of fresh laundry and a big helpful hello by Priscilla, the employee. She talked and walked me through the process, and got me all set up. They sell laundry detergent by the pod, if you need it. There are plenty of large rolling baskets, and also plenty of table space for folding. The floor is clean slate tile, nicely done. Apparently you can use their laundry service, they will wash, dry and fold your clothes for you for a reasonable rate. You don't use coins for the machines, you have to use a laundry card, which they sell at a self-serve kiosk that takes cash or credit cards.

The owner and I went back and forth over it, and I essentially asked for a partial refund which he combated me for, even after agreeing with me that he overcharged me for washable rugs that were less than $60 a piece on Amazon to begin with. Well, I pick it up 2 weeks later only to find that the shrinkage issue was never fixed. I never received receipts from the business, was never asked if I would like a copy of mine, and this business' phones are not operating for customer/clientele's convenience. There is certainly a language barrier with the owner, however, it seems worthless to go in and attempt to get this fixed a second time. there are better cleaners around the corner, don't waste your time here.
