I was absolutely appalled 1) that they claimed they couldn't smell it and 2) they refused to return the paid amount $8.50. Why would I bother to give them a third chance to 'clean' it again. I explained I have been coming here for a number of years (mostly laundry not dry-cleaning) and asked why they are they lying, not providing a cleaned product, and do they not care about retaining customers. The owner said, 'We don't need your business.' Well there you have it folks, consider finding a dry cleaner that actually needs customers instead of taking money for continued failed service. And note this is not an isolated incident, read complaints from other past customers both on Yelp and Google.
