Voluntarily clean any smudges or prints off and carefully advise us to leave the tape on and avoid washing the car for 24 hours for the adhesive to fully cure. They even glued back our middle rear mirror perfectly! The seems from the outside looks perfect as well! I'm very OCD and it's literally perfect! Really positive attitude and experience with these folks. Lifetime warranty too! High recommended. Seems like the Durham location has a bad rep maybe under different leadership? I didn't actually get any work done here, but I am impressed at the fact that I called and texted this business, and they responded, and also passed my information on to another glass company because they cannot perform the work that was requested on my behalf.
