Their billing was explained as a $200 minimum, plus $35 plus $135 plus transportation point to point. I was charged $900 for 4.5 hours. The technician arrived at about 2:00 and left at about 5:00pm. He assured me nothing needed to be moved and there would be no leaking from his work. While jetting a drain, he said he knocked a rag off an open drain causing a leak in the basement. I am disappointed that company charged for extra time to clean up the mess they made. Especially since I was assured there wouldn't be any leak. I can't be sure nothing was damaged. Even including travel, the technician has padded his time. I called the manager and was told they wouldn't adjust the bill to remove cleanup time. And the drain is still slow. Very poor service, abysmal customer service. All around waste of time and money.

I'll say I didn't realize how good the yard could look until after they did the cleanup. Was thoroughly impressed with the work and results. The first year, they mowed, picked up (and removed) fallen limbs, edged and weed whacked where needed. Leaves were removed in the fall and I kept them on. The second year something happened. Gates were left open (allowing pets to escape), balls/pet toys on the lawn were just mowed over instead of moved aside, leaves were not removed until asked and branches were left until asked, as well. The third year, they ran over the lawn with a truck, leaving gouges that were not repaired until I mentioned it, branches were just tossed to the fence line, not even moved to a place for removal, leaves that I had (finally) moved to a central location for removal were there 5 months later. After four episodes of leaving gates open, lack of picking up leaves and branches, the final straw was them hitting our retaining wall with their mower and moving 250 lbs of concrete blocks, along with the material behind it 6 inches. They never advised me of the damage and did not repair it. (I did). The visit after I repaired it... they hit it again. If you are looking for a "Mow and Go" service, Express Landscaping may be the one you need... if you don't have pets, don't mind gates being left open and don't mind unreported damage. If they had owned up to the damage, I would probably still be limping along with them. I would recommend for a one-time cleanup or special project, but as I am now finding, others do better work for less.
