All of the staff worked so hard to make it a wonderful experience. I am 60 and my body is not what it use to be. On top of the disappointment of not being able to find all of the games I came for, the service was terribly slow. There was one employee helping at least eight customers. I was at the front of the line and it took him about 20 minutes to get the game and "prepare" it for purchase.
