They didn't skimp on the egg roll fillings, which I really appreciated. I've gotten egg rolls from other places where it just feels like cabbage and the bare minimum pork, but this wasn't like that. I paid 10$ for 4 decent size cream cheese wontons. I'm not upset about the price but what I was upset about was when I got my cream cheese wontons, the inside was cold. They were cooked and crispy on the outside but it was as if they had been sitting on a counter for 20 minutes. When I had been ordered I saw a heating lamp. So my guess was they had been sitting under the heating lamp for a while. I just wish I could have had fresh and hot cream cheese wontons. Next time this truck wouldn't be my first choice but I know everyone makes mistakes. So I would definitely consider coming back and giving them another chance.

Served with fries at Rosetown (but I believe not at the remote food truck) the fries are worth it. The bun was great and held up to the juicy burger. This one is not to be missed! One single and one double cheese plain came to $30 cash with tax and tip. Great value.

I drove from Chaska to Burnsville, where they were parked. I got three burgers to try the Hot Honey,OG, and the Bourbon Bacon. I gave the OG to my husband, who liked it. He eats everything only if he likes it. All the burgers were absolutely delicious and one of the best I've ever had. I wanna joke that it's definitely a better than sex item. I was hungry, so I ate it faster than I should have. I will try and visit the home base.

As evidenced by the name, Tiki Tim's focuses mainly on island inspired cuisine (save for the fried pickles). Their menu is fairly modest in size, comprised of Tiki (shrimp and crab) cakes, fish tacos, a Hawaiian influenced pulled pork sandwich and a smattering of side dishes. While the choices are limited, they've all been quite good. The fish tacos are the highlight for me, with generous pieces of crispy and not-too-greasy fish, but you really can't wrong with anything (bring a knife and fork for the pork sandwich). The converted big blue Chevy is easy to spot on the streets, the service is friendly and the prices are reasonable. Given that we're about as far from the coasts as possible and a long haul from Hawaii, it's nice to see someone aspiring to bring the tropical mindset to the streets of the Twin Cities.
