He even replaced the Thermistor with a used one. Needless to say the fridge didn't work. Called the next day to in form him and he returned a few days later with a new Thermistor. The fridge still did not work. So after $700 for parts and labor I get this response from him when I told him the fridge is still not working. "I hate hearing that. It has to be the cooling unit. The better option at this point is by a residential refrigerator to replace the one you have. The Dometic 1350 model you have is very expensive JUNK. " now he no longer responds to phone calls or text from me. Ever feel ripped off? Since you admit to misdiagnosing the issue, shouldn't you make it right with me instead of taking $700 and running? Also if you had came when you said you would, you wouldn't of had to wait.

Took my trailer in for an estimate on physical damage for my insurance claim, after my trailer was…read morehit by a tornado. Shortly after they stopped communicating with us and were only communicating with the insurance company. That was weird because we were the actual ones that called and set up the estimate. We dropped the truck off April, 20 2025 easter Sunday they were closed but they gave us the code to the gate. After calling and asking numerous times about the estimate they finally sent it on the 28th which we sent to our insurance company. The insurance company had there estimate done before hex6 and it was in there yard. The insurance deemed a total loss May 1st. We contacted hex6 and asked how much we owe for the estimate. The lady at front said she will send an invoice. So end the day May 7th we finally get an invoice with 10 days of storage fees already applied. So I'm calling about the ten days of storage and I didn't get a bill or anything to pick up the trailer she said she would have to ask boss and he left . On the 8th is when I realize they were not do legitimate business. I asked again how you charge me storage without giving me a bill to pay or calling to inform me in anyway. Then the lady told me there's a sign clear as day in the office. Which we dropped the trailer off on Sunday so no one ever stepped inside. I am a truck driver I had to rent trailers, by the time they finally sent the invoice I was on my way Georgia. So as soon as I found out what they were up to I got a load going home and returned the rented trailer . I stayed over 4 hours from hex6 which wasn't back until 13th. I went there on the 15th and ended up paying over $700 for a simple estimate. Also they told the cops I signed something agreeing to pay the storage fees which was a complete lie. Poor communication, and bad business practices. Avoid at all costs.

I received quotes from folks with different ideas ranging from around $5k for replacement to over $35k to excavate under the house and replace the old one. Richard was on the lower end of that range and I could tell he'd been in business for a long time and knew what he was talking about, so that's who I went with. I couldn't be happier given the circumstances. They rigged it up where it would work the next day until they could complete the project. They did a fantastic job. From the trenching to the plumbing and even the landscaping afterwards turned out better than I expected. These are good folks doing good work at a fair price. That's who I'll be calling from now on and I definitely recommend them.

I have been to about 20 across the US and this the cleanest and best one I have seen.

I've used Baker Brothers Plumbing for a few jobs I've had around the house. They always show up…read morepromptly and do a great job. Fairly price too. The reason I'm writing this review today is because I called them for a minor repair I could not do because of a medical reason. It was an easy, quick job that I needed done. I just could not do it myself. They showed up and took care of it. There are still some good people out there and Baker Brothers employees some of these people. All I want to say about it is, they extended me kindness I didn't expect to experience anywhere. I'll always call them for my plumbing needs. Thank you Baker Bros!

This relative goes to the clients houses semi-works on their appliance- says they need to order a part. Maybe stays in contact for a couple days- but then never replies or gets back to them. So now the clients have paid $$ for basically no service. After an investigation, Apparently this happens frequently as he changes the company name.
