I wish they had decided we were not worth servicing from the beginning instead of telling us to sit in the cold for two months and then not do the job they had agreed to do. I hate leaving bad reviews, but their poor communication and heartless lack of follow through warranted *some* kind of public warning to anyone else that dare ask ignorant or pesky questions about the products or services that they're buying.

While I'm not a contractor myself, I am handy enough to know it'd only take less than 1 hour to finish and I can purchase an industrial grade faucet online for less than $100 for the part so we looked up handyman on here. Able to get a hold of Seth with Sublime Handy work and the his fee is much more reasonable! Seth has no review and tbh I was skeptical. There is another handyman that has 100% 5 stars rating but they are fully booked until end of July. I'm able to connect with Seth over the phone and he's very responsive with my text (over the July 4th weekend) as well so I took the bet. While I'm not there in person, I can fully rely on him. Seth would update me on timing when he's heading to my unit, send me pictures after he'd done and upload invoice for me via email. Everything is so seamless. He'll be my go to handyman going forward and definitely recommend him to anyone in need for handyman.

He arrived on time and then he and I spent close to an hour talking about the issues. We tossed around ideas about how to fix it, discussed a price, and came up with a plan. Said he come back to remedy the valley full of water, but never heard from him again. --Asked to have debris piled up from edge of orchard to 10' away from edge. This was done on most of the lot, but the but the remaining perimeter was left a 20' gap bewteen the orchard edge and the start of the debris. This wasted(blocked off) over 2000 square foot of planting space I could have used for my orchard.
