Your company says it does floors professionally however, the quality of work I recieved is atrocious. The flooring I provided was not damaged (unopened) yet you tried to blame the appearance on the product. The flooring has gaps and is severely, raised in a couple boards. When I asked if you were complete, you didnt seem bothered by how bad my kitchen looked. I will have to replace everything. The damage to the drywall repair was not started until you had been at my property for over an hour working on the floors. The repair to the drywall took 1 hour. After the repair was complete you stated you were charging me for the full two hours instead of one hour. On top of that, you constantly smoke on my property and leave cigarettes and trash behind. in the past, you installed a door. I could not get that door to lock for months. you came back and fixed the deadbolt but the bottom lock still does not work. I previously had you, drywall and close off a door in my home. you literally left the materials and asked me to finish the last coat so you didn't have to come back. I had hoped your company would be different but every time you work on my house, you leave the project less than complete. I am highly disappointed and my review will include all of these details.
