What disappoints me most is the lack of honesty. I wish they had simply said, "I don't know what the issue is, you should take it somewhere else," instead of playing the guessing game on my dime. To be fair, I've had good experiences here with oil changes, but based on this repair I would never recommend taking your vehicle here for electrical, stabilitrak, or cruise control issues. I ended up buying that same exact part from O'Reily Auto Parts that Pride bought from them after they returned it, only for $150 less than what they were trying to sell to me. Labor expenses sounded pretty decent but I'm not sure if they were trying to over charge me because I'm a new customer???? Or if they do that to all costumers.... I ended up saving over $300 by buying the part and doing it myself.

Used this place several times with no issue. I get an oil change on new car, fine. I come back for…read moresecond time and the guy who did oil change didn't secure the splash shield back on my car. I did some errands and then something was dragging. I pulled over, took a pic, came back to shop. They said after 10 seconds that it was fixed. I asked how could that be and asked for pictures to verify this piece was not destroyed and how it could've been put back on. The manager Jose went to put car in bay to produce pics. But same guy who did oil change apparently took the splash shield piece and shoved it in the other pieces calling it good, claimed he didn't know where screws were and piece was already bent (mind you this happened at Walmart back in nov 2025. Walmart just replaced splash shield so it was new and the only oil changes done in between were here). They were quite perturbed at having to replace piece which I get but train people better. I am here for replacement but I guess cuz there's no money to be made on this, the 3 guys (including manager Jose) are taking their sweet ass time servicing the other 2 vehicles in bay. Jose was rude and ugly to me when he tossed his phone on the counter saying 'here you go!' I asked okay what's is it? And he goes ' a picture cuz I figured you wanted to see it" and when I said thank you he looked at me so rudely and didn't say anything.was nothing but calm and courteous them about them messing my car up.

I live two hours away and despite proof and pictures, they refuse to do anything to make it right. Save your money and go somewhere that doesn't screw over their customers. When I called, I was told I would get a call back with in a couple hours. 6 hours later, I called back and talked to the owner, who spent an hour deflecting blame and refusing to even partial refund us for this. He has also refused to send proof of purchase that this was a "new tire". It was suggested I put the spare back on and drive back two hours for them to look at it. Poor service to my vehicle, poor customer service, and an absolute jack ass to talk to. It's also worth mentioning they knew we were in from out of town. Taking advantage of people you think won't come back is a wild way to run a business. Save yourself peace of mind, and potentially your life, and go with a business that cares about their quality of work and has integrity.
