I called U-Haul and they found a couple guys that brought their own packing materials and I picked up a trailer. The guy loaded it up, followed me to the new apartment, put everything in and unpacked it and I think it all was done. I wanna say in under two hours. Great rates and great service. On they went the additional mile when they noticed that my trailer ball arm could be reversed to give the ball a little bit extra height, which would keep the chains from dragging in the front. One of the U-Haul guys grabbed it, took it back and changed it over is just part of the service. Where else can you get that kind of service?

By the time it was my turn, Rude Ronda was condescending, letting me know that overnight shipping is done by 4:00pm. Even though there's nothing on the usps website or Avondale post office stating this. And reminded me the truck may have left. I also asked her about a build out I did on my commercial property and that I needed to change the address. She said I couldn't change the address without speaking to the Post Master. She gave me a bogus number to contact the Post Master. It just rang & rang & no on picked up.
