Calling Steve Harvey!!! This place is overwhelming but there are definitely some diamonds in the rough (very rough) available. This place is huge and they have a varied selection of clothing. I know that they sell clothes and shoes for men and women but I would say that this place definitely caters primarily to men. They have a nice selection of suits, suiting separates, shirts, and dress shoes at prices that are far below department stores. Ties on the other hand - leave a lot to be desired. read more

Conveniently located right next to K & G, D & K (seriously, what is up with the initials, menswear outlets?!) is kind of like the pimped out slightly over the top little brother. Or if Theo Huxtable is K & G, Will Smith is D & K. Or something. There was a lot of color up in here, and not necessarily in a good way. That being said, you can find decent stuff, if you're willing to hunt. Sure, the suits aren't of the finest quality, but what do you expect when you get two for $150? They carry up to a 4x and the store definitely skews big: I didn't see a single small while I was in the place. Strangely, though, there were no shoes in wide sizes to be found. The highlights were definitely the accessories and coats. Decent ties, a nice selection of hats, and a wide variety of coats: from nice wool peacoats to the more gaudy bright purple faux leather motorcycle style. I'll let you guess which one I bought my boyfriend (and I may have gotten a similar style for myself). read more

I was here today and greeted by a friendly sales rep and pointed in the right direction to browse around. I was having a hard time finding an affordable mens dress shirt in my size in a certain color. Some of the dept stores wanted a fortune. Even Kohls wanted a fortune. I could find it here for $17.99. Hooray! You pass KG to get here. KG is larger and has more variety. I could have found the same, or similar shirt there too, but it was $5 more at KG. I'd say check out both before buying. You want something your going to really wear and be happy with so take the time to choose the right one for you. read more

If you like slightly louder than normal clothing and styles then this is your place. K&G is the kind of place your dad might shop, and they have tons of great options but if you want to step out with a purple, red, green, yellow or other non-normal colored suit then this is your place. Lots of shoe, hat, and tie choices to go with the many and varied styles and colors of suits. Lots of outerwear choices as well. read more

I've had a few terrible interactions here. I was making a return and they had NO IDEA how to do a return. It was only two suits and the sales rep had to leave into the other room to call someone higher up to ask how to do it. I understand we are all learning but the way they handled the situation was very poorly. Another incident was they made me read the receipt policy back to them and proceeded to refuse the return which was in perfect condition. (i felt humiliated as if I was being treated like a child). The way they handle their customer service is VERY poor. I recommend the staff should go to a customer service class. read more

Too bad there isn't a zero stars option. Don't shop here if there's a possibility that you may need to make a return. Check and make sure both the right and left shoe that you buy are the exact same style, because my shopping experience showed me that the sales associates won't be the ones to check. I bought a pair at the Southlake location and didn't notice that the style was slightly different on each shoe until I went to wear them a few days later. I live much closer to the Ellsworth location, however when attempting to make the return/exchange/store credit at Ellsworth I was told "no, it's Southlake's problem" and I'd have to drive back there. I thought to myself, "this is the only store on earth that I've encountered with multiple locations that wouldn't honor a customer's return at a different store than the purchase location." I sucked it up and made the drive all the way back to Southlake, only to be told by the sales associate that Ellsworth should have in fact honored my return. So it turns out that there is a lack of communication of procedures within this company. It's unfortunate as there are certainly bargains to be found at this store - at your own risk. So eh, maybe that zero stars option isn't needed after all. read more

Very knowledgeable about suits, style and all around enjoys what he does., and Ms Beverly a wonderful young lady, she as well knows her business . I can't say enough about them and other staffs. The knowledgeable haberdashers attended to every detail of my tuxedo fitting, from accurately pinning for alterations, to ensuring that my entire outfit, inclusive of the accoutrements needed to complete my fashionable expression were intact. During my second visit at D&K, Mr. Hall was exceptional. He was very nice, down-to-earth, thorough and patient with my husband and I. Stumbled upon this store while heading to Nuevo Laredo the other day... Massive amounts of men's business clothing. I was a little bit intimidated at first, being that I don't think I've ever bought a suit without my mom or girlfriend being with me, but the people working that day made it super easy. I got in and out with two suits, a pair of shoes, 3 dress shirts, and 4 ties in around 35 minutes. I think it's tacky to say what I paid, but it was CRAZY CHEAP! Definetly cheaper than Filens Basement, but with lots of the same brands, and waaaay more selection. It's a little tucked away from the beaten path, but will definitely be back next time the girlfriend tells me it's time. read more
