Since we knew we were running a little behind, we called ahead and asked if they could wait just five more minutes, and we were led to believe that wouldn't be a problem. We made it there with only minutes to spare, but instead of being greeted or even spoken to, the employees looked directly at us, refused to open the door, and simply walked away. We waited outside, hoping someone would at least come explain the situation or apologize, but instead two employees walked out, got into their car, and drove away without saying a single word or acknowledging us. After making a five-hour trip, this was beyond disappointing. What hurt the most wasn't that they were closing--it was the complete lack of communication, professionalism, basic courtesy, and respect. A simple conversation or apology would have gone a long way. Instead, we were made to feel like we didn't matter at all. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. If this is how they treat customers before they even walk through the door, I can't imagine how they treat people inside. I would never recommend this business based on the way we were treated.

My wedding is 6 months from now & I was not aware you have to buy your dress super early…read more I ended up getting my dress at Bravura after trying dresses at 4 stores. They said it should be arriving by March but I have been assured they'll do everything possible to make sure it's ready in time for my wedding! Currently, you have to have an appointment which you can online or by calling. Debbie helped me both days I was in the store & she's a gem. She was super knowledgeable and helpful. When I came in, I stood up at the front and one of the women available approached me to get me ready for the appointment. Debbie brought me into the back to one of the private fitting rooms & told me how the dresses were setup on the racks & had me/my mom pick out as many as comfortable & she also selected some for me to try as well. She had me try on a variety of styles & also picked some out based on what I said I was into. She took pictures of me in each dress & I'm a plus size so I was still able to try on most everything even if it wasn't the right size. She was able to maneuver it so I could see what It would look like on me when it did fit. I had a couple favorites so I came back the next day to try them on again with my bridesmaids & ended up picking one with Debbie's help. Everyone in the store was soo friendly to me & helpful. I'm really happy with shopping here & they do their alterations on site so I'm really hopeful everything will be done in time! I definitely recommend going here to have a store that is there for you & will work with you. Also, I found dresses here to be a few hundred less than some of the other stores I tried so that's also a plus. Here are some of the choices they have to offer.. obviously none are the dress I picked though!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this store. While I was initially happy to find…read moremy dress here, the customer service throughout the process was consistently poor. THE WORST!!!! The staff were often unfriendly and unwelcoming, and my interactions with the alterations department were particularly frustrating. The seamstress appeared rushed during every appointment, communication was unclear, and the work performed did not meet my expectations. After returning four separate times for adjustments, the dress still did not fit properly. I was charged over $170 for alterations, which largely consisted of adding cups, and I did not feel that the value of the work justified the cost. More importantly, I felt that my concerns were not adequately addressed throughout the process. Customer service and attention to detail are especially important when purchasing and altering a formal dress, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short of what I expected. While others may have a different experience, I personally would not return or recommend this store based on my experience.

We have no good prom pictures because my son was upset in all of them. We would have been better off going to Nordstrom or Men's Wearhouse.
