I often had to reach out multiple times to get updates, and appointments were repeatedly changed or unclear. I tried calling the office to clarify, but office coordination also seemed disorganized, which made the process frustrating. Eventually, the repair was set for October 6. The appointment time changed that morning, and only one worker arrived instead of two. I later got a call from Eli saying the job was done--before I'd even heard from the person actually doing the work. There was also confusion with the invoices and payment links; I had to send screenshots multiple times to correct mistakes. There was also a long delay in getting the sweep completed. It was scheduled and rescheduled. When it was finally done October 26th, it only took about ten minutes and didn't appear to meet the Level 2 standard that was quoted. I was told level 2 sweep would be a sweep from top and bottom, but it was only accessed from the fireplace. Maybe I misunderstood, but it seemed like only a Level 1 sweep was done. While some individual staff members were polite, the lack of consistency, reliability, and follow-up made this a very disappointing experience. In the end, I felt I had to manage nearly every part of the process myself, from communication to scheduling to payment verification. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I hope this helps the company improve their scheduling, communication, and billing systems for future customers.
