First, I was told it would take weeks before they could get to it - and, then they took it upon themselves to get a quote for the job at a different shop - one I was not familiar with. I told them I would like them to do the work because I trusted them. Then they decided they would have to re-price the parts and re-evaluate the quote! They would get back to me for an appointment. Didn't happen. Because of this ill treatment, I would never recommend them to a future victim. Good news is - I took the car out of town, got the repair done at a cost less than what he had quoted. He got away with it at the time because I had no proof except for a loose oil pan bolt and a blown engine. I knew deep down that he intentionally sabotaged my truck and later had it proven by one of his previous emplyees, an eyewitness. He felt so safe in his actions that it was obvious he had done this before. I lost my truck and the money I paid for the "repair" from his shop. Use this business at your own risk.
