On our last day in NC before heading home my right lower control arm snapped. I had the van towed to Marks and he called me first thing in the morning. He asked me to come to the shop so he could show me something. He led me under the life and grabbed the left lower control arm and it started to crumble in his hand. So I had to have both lower control arms replaced to get myself back to Connecticut. I was figuring well over $2500. He came back with a rate well under $1000 and found a customer for life.
