They even replaced the old curved connecting sections that the broken piece fit into so it looks extra sharp. The price is about what I expected to spend. Stacy, who answers phones and does scheduling, called to make sure I was satisfied before mailing out the invoice. My husband attempted to find the leak when looking at the pipes in the attic, cutting out part of the wall in the laundry room to make sure no pipes behind the washer/dryer were having issues, but eventually came to the conclusion that it could potentially be rain coming into the dryer vent which is on our roof - so if we had an extremely hard rain that came in a crazy angle, our wall was getting wet. Admittedly, they were able to come the next day due to rain cancellations, but I lucked out. The handyman who came knew what he was doing. He was able to shift the washing machine on the other side of the door, rehang the door so it opened outwards, patched, and painted. You would never know it wasn't in that configuration to start. Speedy, professional, clean, courteous, and for the several hours of work, fairly priced. My new go-to service provider!

But now we are having problems with the company responding to our inquiries about problems with the flashing. Originally it was done poorly. It took months for them to call me back, get someone to look at and to "repair". Six months later this is what it looks like (see below). I had a contractor look who told me that despite H&S normally excellent work this was bad. All I want is someone to come fix it. But no one will call me back (same as right after I paid for the roof). Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company at all.

They quoted $450. I responded that I thought that was not a fair price as I just paid $200 to have gutter cleaned and that anyone installing gutter guard would clean out the gutter first. I got no response. I contacted another company who installed premium guards for $360 and of course cleaned the gutters before installation. My advice is to shop around before using Gutter Goat.

I called and Alex picked up immediately. Very polite on the phone and booked an appointment with him in two days. Alex arrived early, did a walk around the entire house, told me there were 2 additional areas that needed repair, he walked me outside and showed me the areas. I was sort of sick about additional areas that needed to be replaced but frankly I could see it and of course I didn't want rain water entering the house so I appreciated his keen eye on my issues. I also had a xeriscape rain barrel that I wanted hooked up to a downspout. This was done Tuesday (excellent job and added height to it to allow for better flow, innovative!) and today Thursday the main work was done and in a tidy manner and it looks great. Alex went up on the roof the first visit and took numerous pictures, diagnosed nails and missing shingles. This was awesome to show my husband all the pictures (roof is about 30 feet high and peaked so we cannot access). I highly recommend Alex and Charlotte Pro Roofing and the employees he had at my home working here (he supervised the entire job). Very professional, tidy, respectful of my questions. I even had had cobwebs that were unreachable that Alex removed for me. Now it doesn't look like a haunted house. A+++++++++++
