His location was stationary in some random parking lot halfway across the city and not even on the way to my location for at least 20 of those mins. I got 3 separate texts in the 2.5 hrs I was waiting saying they would have a driver on the way and send me a link to their location in a couple mins. About half hour goes by and in comes Excel. I have worked with them before. The drivers name was Mark. Mark's a 17 year veteran wrecker operator. Went for the higher price service that was not an issue UPDATE: 7/12 I took my car to another auto shop to have the exhaust system serviced They were very honest about the condition of my car They recommended that I do not put anymore money/repairs into it because the frame is so corroded with rust it is not safe to drive, It will never pass inspection and It would be dangerous to keep driving it at this point.
