My usual dumpster spot quoted me almost triple what we usually pay, which was a shock! I went hunting and settled on Hardings due to their prices for the size and dates needed - they were not the cheapest dumpster rental in the area but they have upfront pricing EASILY AVAILABLE ONLINE and an online booking system which is a convenience I am willing to pay for! They got back to me quickly. The dumpster was placed in the best spot for the size, they were easy to work with when I needed to extend and they picked up on time. Communication was great throughout the entire rental period, and everyone was helpful and kind. I will definitely use them in the future! read more

Today I was on a construction job in Webster at the Sewage Plant, they're expanding it. We were taking the dirt we hauled out to a dumpsite on Salt road. One of the sub-contractor trucking companies working for us got stuck at the dump site. And I mean stuck! Plus he was loaded. Probably 21 tons at least. Harding's Towing II was called in to pull the dump truck out. Their equipment is well maintained and the operator on this job knew what he was doing. 5 stars for Harding's Towing II. read more

Don't use this company there're Master THIEVES, they take advantage of people, they tow people vehicles or commercial vehicles, and tries to take your property away by charging ridiculous amount of money, like 16k in less than 24 hr from towing a SEMI from a non parking. The state should check this company out as they are taking advantage of hard working people. read more

Woke up with a dead battery, placed a service request through State Farm and had a great response from these fine professionals. Total time was about 30min from call to arrival which is very fast in my opinion. read more

I wanted to say thank you. One of your drivers, during his off-time in his personal vehicle, saw me in my car stuck in the intersection of W Henrietta Rd and Jefferson. He pulled over to ask if I needed help. I was panicked and I couldn't get through to AAA. He stayed and chatted while keeping an eye on the road. What an act of kindness as well as chivalry! A great experience with a tow company? WTF? But seriously, this was it. I called my insurance company to get lockout help. My car is 28 years old (I know, I know, I'm buying a new one soon) and sometimes things go wrong. Well, this week, the linkage on one door broke, and before I could fix it, the linkage on the other door broke, meaning I could not use the outside door handles to open the doors of my car. Not only did this company get there in less than 10 minutes (!), but the guy who came was a freaking trooper. I mean, this was NOT your typical roadside lockout, and this guy did everything to get into my car without damaging anything. I told him several times that this was a project car, and if he had to break something, I wouldn't blame him, but he was insistent: He was going to get into my car without damaging it, and after several tries, he did. You always hope that you never need a tow truck ever again, but I like to share stories of small businesses that do a great job for me, so here we are. read more

They don't keep records. They didn't pick up my car. I didn't find out they didn't pick up my car because they don't know how to use voicemail. I wasted an entire day of repairs waiting to hear back from them until I physically went to find where my car was. I have yet to find a competent tow truck company in rochester, I would stay away from this one. They don't have their act together. read more

My car wasn't too old. But it broke down on I-590 today after work. Found out from Geico that I didn't have roadside service on my car but my wife's car. They gave me Harding's number. I called and got a very reasonable quote. After 20 minutes the guy came and towed my car to Henrietta. Great service and reasonable price for someone like me who doesn't have roadside service coverage. Highly recommended! read more

BEST TOWING COMPANY EVER I needed a tow and they were there for me and I never had a problem. I had a flat tire but no spare tire in my car and I sat with my car running (needed the AC because it was HOT out). They picked my car up within the time they said they would be there. I have no complaints and they even had a coupon through google! I didn't have the coupon on me but I mentioned it and they gave me the deal. Wow! They were suppose to pick my car up that was in an accident and never did. We were instructed to leave the doors unlocked and keys under floormat. In 90 minutes someone will be there to tow the car. So the NEXT day I get a call at work from a police officer stating that he received a call about a suspicious vehicle with keys in it that was left in the driveway of a company that was registered to me. I was furious!! My car never got picked up! The towing manager said a few new dispatchers did not know how to dispatch correctly so there was miscommunication! WHAT? They deserve no stars or business. Agero is a contractor with my insurance company USAA and when my wife had a flat after work on the eve before Thanksgiving they sent Hardings out to assist. Their technician proceeded to strip the lug nuts on my wheel and the tire could not be removed at all. While my wife had her back turned talking to another person at the scene the Hardings tech jumped in his van and left without saying a word leaving my wife stranded in a parking lot. We had to get our car towed to my dealer to fix the lug nuts. When it came time to pay for the damage Hardings and Agero were nowhere to be found. I paid for it out of my pocket. When I tried to work it out with them, neither Hardings, Agero, or USAA took responsibility and claimed the lug nuts must have been stripped already on my new car. DON't make the same mistake we did and if you need to use them please video all that they do and get the names and license tags of anyone who touches your vehicle.
