While we were there, our technician came upstairs for another guest, saw us, then asked for our name. He told us he had sent a text and "couldn't find us." We never received a text, and he clearly hadn't attempted to locate us because he would have seen us in the same area he had just walked through. When I went downstairs to pick up the vehicle, the interior immediately smelled strongly of gasoline. Staff claimed the smell was "from the area," but I only smelled it inside my car. My husband then came back to tell me the tech admitted he wrote a text but never actually pressed send. We drove off and within five minutes smoke started coming out of the vents. I asked my husband if he saw it and he immediately told me to pull over. As the smoke worsened, we exited the vehicle. My husband opened the hood and it was full of smoke. We discovered the oil cap had been left off entirely, and oil was sprayed everywhere. He also checked the dipstick and found the oil level was overfilled. I called the dealership right away. A young lady sent roadside assistance, but that took well over an hour. While we waited, the technician called asking, "What's wrong with the car?" After we explained, he brushed it off and insisted they "didn't touch the oil" and that we were there for a 55K-mile service. My husband corrected him, telling him we were at 25K miles and that the vehicle had no issues when we drove from Fort Stewart earlier that morning. Instead of acknowledging that the oil cap had likely been left off during the fluid-check process, the technician implied the situation was caused by us. The lack of ownership, urgency, and basic customer service was extremely disappointing. We were eventually given a loaner and told the issue would be looked into on Monday, but I left feeling blamed for a mistake we clearly did not make. We arrived with a perfectly functioning vehicle and left with oil covering the engine bay, the underside of the hood, and even the roof. This could have turned into a dangerous situation, and the technician showed little concern.

Brought my Lexus in for service…read more Not bad...not great....just about what you would expect from a Car Dealership. Obnoxious lady with an unruly dog in the waiting lobby. Workers did not say anything to her regarding curbing her dog. The level of entitlement some people have is astonishing. If it was my business....I would have asked her to put the dog on a leash while in my establishment.

They were patient with ALLLLLL of my questions and worked with me at every turn, never making me feel silly or too much (even though I kind of am! Lol). They understood that this purchase was important to me and was about lifestyle choices, personal fit and priorities. There was no haggling or negotiation because these two set a FAIR PRICE!! I cannot say enough positive about these two and the process. Straight up, straight forward and full of hospitality! And the car is serious quality!! I could not be happier!! Bruce loves it too :)

Inability to communicate with Lincoln customer, 2) Inability to honestly communicate with Lincoln customer, 3) Problematic oversight of service for customers Lincolns. We dropped our Lincoln off for simple routine service late September. Our Lincoln sat on the OC Welch lot for ten-days with zero service completed. No one from the dealership has explained why that occurred. We asked for three service items (through their on-line service portal) 1) burned out front door speaker, 2) oil service, and 3) tire rotation. Communication issues - I emailed the son of the owner in mid-September for his assistance with our Lincoln service. He never replied to my email. I then emailed the owner who did respond and assist - thank you. I had to call each week to find out the status of the service. I called twice the second week because no one responded to my vmail the previous day. One of the unprofessional issues was when the service tech called me final day. His tone was arrogant and he was dishonest about the service issues. Unacceptable. Bottom line - OC Welch Lincoln service department jerked us around so much they lost not only a continuing service customer but also a new Lincoln sale.
