I literally wanted to give this place 0 stars. This company towed my spouse car at 6pm on…read more01/01/2025 and I picked the vehicle up 9:30 am. I was charge $266.00 for a tow less than 15 miles and storage fee of $45.00 for two days for a car he had less than 12 hours. I do not recommend this company to anyone that's just wrong on so many levels to basically scam hardworking upstanding citizens. I've serve my country for 20 years and to be treated like an absolute outsider is very disheartening because these are the types of people that you're serving for shady business practices.

8/16/2023 My…read moreGranddaughter was stuck in Ridgeland, S.C. She was traveling from Virginia to Florida. She was by herself and stranded quite a ways from home. Her car had broken down at mile marker 28. She was rescued by Highway Patrol and taken somewhere safe and contacted me in Jacksonville, FL to help her get a place to stay. I got her a room at Days Inn and the next morning 8/17/2023 I had to find some company to tow her car, see what was wrong with it and fix it. I called Scott's Automotive. They jumped right on the situation. Within 20 mins they had procured the key from her at the hotel, went to the car, and towed the car to their shop. Within 30-40 mins they called me with repair information. The serpentine belt had snapped. They gave me a very fair quote for towing and repairs. The car was fixed and ready to go within the hour. They went back to the hotel and picked up my granddaughter. I was shocked, to say the least. If you ever find a need for a great shop with great service and great people look for SCOTT's AUTOMOTIVE. As a business owner, I was IMPRESSED by this company, its service, and its willingness to go above and beyond for a stranded traveler! Karen Harrell
