This is my second visit I have free…read moreoil changes and tire rotations the first time there was no charge and yesterday they charged me 136.00 I asked why and they said that I purchased my car from Dan vaden they would not cover this​. No one ever told me that I had to go to the dealership i purchased it. But I feel that they should have explained this before they did the service. I am on social security income and because the first one was free I thought this was part of my contract. Very bad lack of communication I feel because I am old that I was taken advantage of. I know that I will never go here ever again.
