Had the brakes done right before I bought this vehicle, and they replaced the calipers, rotors and pads. However they did not torque the front drivers side and the caliper bracket bolt fell out. The service manager refuses to talk to me, refuses to take my calls and flat out denies that it is anything they did. For factual honesty, truck gas been driven less than 1800 miles since the service and the caliper only pivoted out one time under heavy rear braking, which was the first time I used it with a load. read more

Do not get your car serviced here unless you want to be forced to buy a new vehicle. Every time I had anything they suggested done to my Jeep they put parts that did not belong on my car that were all cheap aftermarket parts that's were made for a different model vehicle.... They charged Mopar parts pricing for junk parts that didn't even fit my vehicle and poor quality service. The fist time they did this I almost got killed because my brakes failed then I put faith in them that it was one mistake, only for them to do it twice. They destroyed my car and I had to purchase a new one. This completely made me lose faith in the Jeep brand because I tried taking it to other dealers that didn't want to be responsible for the damages they caused. Check your part numbers on your bill if you having issues and you'll find out fast what the issue is. read more

Avoid the service department if you can. Poor communication and sky high labor rate. Will do my best to never come back if possible.

***UPDATE*** 5 minutes after leaving this review, we were called by the service manager, and was told to come get our vehicle they would not fix their error and negligence consisting of 2 warranty recall parts that they put on incorrectly, and leave with it all because I left a review. We had to go off on the side of the road 3 times due to having to leave in our vehicle with loose steering because they did not want to finish the work and their mistakes. There is nothing good I can say about this place. Whatever you do, for the safety of yourself and your family, DO NOT take your vehicle here. After our Jeep set there for close to 4 months the first time for a steering damper recall. We just got it back about 4 months ago to have to return it due to the service department putting the part on wrong. Now, it has set there for another 2 months at this moment all due to issues on their error. We cannot get a call back, status update, or anything. My brand new vehicle has been completely tore apart by them. There is no ethical integrity at this place. They have no care or concern for their customers. read more

I took a used car there on 11/22 to have it inspected, tires checked, aligned, and recall completed. They told me the tires were fine, the alignment was done, and all point inspection completed. Never mentioned the recall. We noticed on the way home that the windshield fluid had not been filled. We felt must be a minor over site and stopped by and purchased fluid and put in ourselves. I noticed the paperwork said nothing about the recall work. I called the next day and was told that they didn't have the parts to complete the recall. When were they going to tell me? I was told that the parts would be ordered and they would call me when in. I got a call about a week later that the parts were in. I took the car back in for the recall. Once there, I was told that they didn't have the parts. I brought it to their attention that someone called me and said the parts were there. After 20 minutes or so they found the parts under another customer's name. I only drive this car back and forth to doctor offices so maybe 5 times at the most since being aligned. I noticed that the car was still pulling to the right just as it had been before we had it aligned. I asked at the time we had the car initially aligned how the tires were and I was told "good". This was on 11/22 fast forward to 12/21 and I took the car back in to have the alignment checked. I was called by Jessica and told the alignment was in their parameters but I needed new tires. From less than 2000 miles? I took the car to another shop yesterday and low and behold the car was out of alignment and my tires were chewed up from the alignment. Either this dealership never did the alignment, never checked my tires or both. Either way, I ended up buying 4 new tires and getting the car realigned again yesterday. They will accept no responsibility. Kristin is rude and Jessica wants to point fingers at everyone else and not admit any wrongdoing. I wouldn't take a Tonka Truck to this place. I've never posted a bad review but I was charged for crappy service that ended up costing me money because of their crappy service. Do not take your car here!!!!! read more

I had a great experience with Southern Motors recently (Monday NOV 26, 2020)...I purchased a used Dodge Ram I saw online and traded my former Ram on it all in less than 2 hours time. I drove down from Charleston SC to see the Ram; and I liked it, and test drove it, and PURCHASED IT, all in appx. 1 hr and 40 minutes. I had a few items (accessories) that I wanted added to close the deal, and they said yes. The parts were ordered, and 2 weeks later I drove down arriving at 8am as scheduled, and while I went to breakfast, they installed my parts and did a program update, and by the time I walked back from Waffle House, my Ram was ready to go. I was charged the 1 hour labor rate that I was told would be charged for the programming portion, and that was it ... just as promised. Our new truck has been sitting in the service department for a week now. Each time we call it is a different reason why it is not ready.

We bought our new 2013 Dodge Ram Truck from Springfield Chrysler to pull our camper. The purchase of the truck went smooth. However while under warranty and only 30,000 miles on the truck, we experienced mechanical problems. So we towed the truck to their service department for repairs. We told the service department we had a camping trip planned in 2 months. We didn't ask nor did they offer us a loaner to drive while our truck was being repaired. They have now had the truck for over 2 months. Today I had to cancel our camping trip that was booked one year ago. It took the service department 6 weeks to find out the motor needs to be replaced. Three weeks later they still did not have the motor. The motor was brought to them, but they did not have a lift to get it off the truck; so the delivery truck took the motor back. They are non-responsive and incompetent. We will never buy another truck from them and will possibly never buy another Dodge. read more
