We rearranged and redesign the bead location and color. The elastic bend tie all the bead together with two strings to to prevent future one string break. Pixiu is a ancient animal deity that prevent evil and bring good luck. Each bead color provide other function to cure and purify your body. In our case, it was alligator juniper with a slightly charred "live edge". I had done a LOT of price comparing, and the price for this was reasonable. We sanded, finished, and installed it ourselves. This humble slab of reclaimed wood is now the mantle over our fireplace and the focal point of the room!
