The…read moreproject included adding a bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, encapsulated the crawlspace, updating a staircase, adding a set of brick steps to an existing porch, replacing the front door and remodeling the kitchen and dining room. From start to finish the crews were professional, polite, on time, diligent and very detailed in their work. Before any electrical or plumbing work began they met with us to verify if changes were needed to the plans. They asked questions and gave excellent suggestions on parts of the project that were not defined clearly by the plans. I would like to mention a few items that are key to a building contractor in my view. First, the quality of all the work performed for us is excellent. Secondly, Shane's original estimate for completion was 5 months. The project took 7 months, but this was not on him or his team. During the 7 months of the project, there were only 2 days when all of the crews were pulled off for another job. Things happen when a remodel occurs that cannot be foreseen. When these items came up we were quickly notified for a decision and given an idea of the cost. Lastly, the final project cost overage was less than 8% of the estimate. A large portion of this was the counter-tops we choose. We are extremely pleased with every aspect of the project. We would highly recommend Alldredge Family Remodeling to anyone looking at doing an addition or remodel.
