Mani and pedi took 3 hours. Mentioned how much they've gone downhill, to a family member, who said that she had the same experience with them taking walk-ins during services. I used to really sing their praises, and I am updating my review to show that this is not what it used to be. The service is actually so terrible that I know several people who think it might be some sort of tax shelter. It especially fun that the owner replies to all bad reviews by saying that they can't find record of the customer's visit. She also asked when the original visits were, but then STATED the time frame that it had been, quite specifically. I usually dont speak up when i dont like something but i politely asked her to change the way the french tip looked as it was bulky on the end with minimal inside curve. she then made a high French tip but the inside curve was triangular.
