I needed to get a quick gel polish change so I went here since it was close. The floor was covered in nail dust and the nail tools looked old and dirty. The quality of the service was awful. There was polish all around my nails. On top of the dirty salon and awful service the cost for a simple gel polish change was $40. Everywhere else it's around $25. When I questioned it they said gel polish with a manicure is $45 and without a manicure is $40. Ridiculous. read more

Normally I have a hard time finding a nail salon that actually does my nails the way I ask. The woman that did my nails (forgot to ask for her name) was so incredibly considerate, polite, and kind when doing my nails. She joked and laughed with her sister the whole time; it's such a positive environment . The last place I went to told me I couldn't get this design done, but the staff here told ensured me they'd do it and make sure it looks perfect. I'll never go anywhere else again! read more

I got my nails done last Tuesday, they were already cracking and chipping by friday. they do not use liners for their pedicures. And also did not have wax for the eyebrows. Honestly I would not recommend. i got gel polish on my hands, which typically last 2.5 weeks, and they are pretty well all the at off or at least half off. Not worth the money they charge. read more

I left a fairly polite and moderate Google review about my peeling gel nails at Image due to a skipped step (they weren't wiped down with alcohol and the sides didn't get buffed at all, so they were peeling in two days). Now that I see in one of the reviews here that someone else's daughter had the same problem, I'm even more disappointed! I didn't raise a fuss when I went back in because they told me that "nobody's ever had a problem with peeling gel before, this is the first time"....clearly NOT. It looks like the only reason they even painted another layer on mine when I came back (which made it peel worse) was because I DID make it back in there within two days, where the other reviewer didn't have time right away and they refused to fix her nails. I expect Gels to last up to two weeks if not over. There's no reason they won't as long as you do all the prep steps and take your time not to touch the edges and cuticles, and if a nail technician has any concerns about a nail being naturally oily even after a wipe-off with alcohol (which they didn't even do for me), they should be educated enough to know that there is a pH-balancing and drying layer that you can put down first. Not to mention that you always "cap" gels at the end of the tips by painting a thin layer over the tips! Sam made a strange amateur mistake where he used the nail file on all my tips to even them out AFTER the gels were finished and set, which is always going to shorten the life of gels! I didn't want to correct him since he's done so many, but that's such a huge no-no to file the tip-edges clean off of gel nails once they're sealed! I won't go back now that I know I'm not the only person who's had a problem with peeling gels after just a couple of days. That's not acceptable. Sure, maybe it only happens once in a great while when they're forgetful, but a good business should be willing to take the nails off and start all over again for free if it's clear that something went wrong. read more

I LOVE this place!!!! They are by far the BEST in Columbia everything is clean and they are very fast and do a wonderful job! I have gotten a pedicure, custom painted acrylic nails (when they were done they looked so good that the girl next to me thought they were my real nails!) & today I did the gel manicure. People come to them from Highland, Pierron, Trenton, Pocahontas, Carlyle IL. and they do not mind the drive because they know that they are going to get awesome nails and pedicures!!!
