Woman that answered the phone lies and says she has no one to service the area when it's right by their office. they will only send a driver if she feels like it. Rude and interrupts instead of listening to what service is needed because she wants to give any reason to not send out a driver. 0/5 leaves officially traveling service members on the side of the road without help because she can't control her bias and attitude. read more

I had a.blowout on I10 on a Sunday night. I ask the driver who was very nice to take us to a Gonzolas, TX because it was the largest town around and had tire stores and hotels. The driver, knowing we were from out of town, called a friends in Luling, TX that had a tire store, The owner opened his shop for us and replaced my tires because they were all old and I didn't want to take a chance of another blowout. I was back on the road a few hours later. I was amazed and thankful to the D&T driver for his diligence and to Smiley's Tire store. read more

Luck of the draw with AAA and they were super accommodating with my schedule in trying to move a non-running truck from A to B. Small town feel - appreciated the honest and transparent communication on their work load and how to fit me in. They went the extra mile for a AAA call when they didn't have to. read more

I called because my friend was stranded in gonzales on the side of I-10. she was very freaked out. I was asking the rate and amount for refuel. she said 135 which is not the issue. my friend in a panicked voice asked if they could get there as soon as possible .. the lady got very upset very quickly and said "that's out rate. take it or leave it. and we will get when we get there." I declined the service and had to drive over an hour to get my friend. her husband got on the phone (he is the owner) we asked why she was so rude and he (I kid you not) said "all women are rude and not that good at their job." we just gave up and now I'm leaving a review, which I never do. it was bad enough to leave a review honestly. DO NOT GET THEIR SERVICES UNLESS YOU HAVE NO CHOICE. read more

I was on my way to a week-long meeting in San Antonio, Texas when my lift pump went out of my truck. Made the call to have a tow company come pick me up off the side of I-10 West. Within a few minutes of the call. The roll-back showed up. The gentleman on the phone and the Rollback Driver were very professional and made things go smoothly for me. Know the part for the repair was well of a grand, and I would have to drive back to their yard which was 3.5 hours from my house to install it. If you are ever in need of help due to vehicle issues. Don't think twice give them a call. You won't stranded long and there will always be a good conversation. Just wish they were an approved AAA tow company so I could get them to deliver my truck to my house and by the drive a good dinner along Lake Livingsting!!! read more

I broke the brake line on my truck while looking at land. I picked D&T based off their reviews. It turned out to be a great experience considering my situation. Thomas was the driver that called to confirm my situation. He tried to help me problem solve things over the phone in effort to either bring me something to fix my truck or know where the best place was to take my truck. In the end he towed us into town to a mechanic he was talking to and explaining what we needed. He went way above my expectations of what are experience was going to be. There's 1 driver for this company that has caused much grief, MANY times. 1st time- I had to wait 3 hours for him . Because he is playing taxi cab for some big truck . Then I'm on the way home he was going really really slow . A car pass that's probably going to speed limit . He called the police saying the car was going so extremely fast he was a danger to everybody . Told him what kind of car it was and everything . Then months later AAA called him for me to move an RV from across the street , to my house . He told me he wasn't experience enough to put it where I wanted it . But , told AAA there was a water line in the way and electric lines . Which was all lies ! But because of that triple A wouldn't even send nobody . Today I had to call AAA again . Called at 6:00 p.m. they said they were dispatching another company . But apparently tried to get a hold D&T again. And I was denied by them. Which would be fine if that guy was on duty. Which apparently he is cuz everybody else there is nice. But here it is 12:30 a.m. and still nobody's come. It's company has caused me a lot of grief. I tried to get a hold of the owner couple weeks ago. To let him know. Because the owner is real sweet. But what I wrote came back to me , as unsendable . But I think the owner really needs to know . Because the side I was on the other day had a lot a lot of complaints . And I'm so sure they were all that one guy . Doing things like getting stuck and then just taking off. I would not doubt it for a second it's that guy sounds just like him . Some of the stories he was telling me on the way home that first time he had to pick me up . He doesn't deserve to be with such a good company . Because he's horrible ! Has made my life harder than it has to be many times . read more
