Avoid this pharmacy at all cost…read more I write this review in the rage of the Walgreens pharmacy, and their lack of concern for the safety of their customers and society. I recently scheduled a rapid COVID test to confirm my health status. I made the appointment on my phone. I drove 20 minutes to the other side of Grand Rapids, and when I get to the window I'm asked a bunch of questions. After getting to the birthday question I was told that I had entered the wrong birthday when filling out the information on my phone. Anyone who owns a phone knows this is a typical problem with big fingers and small buttons. Sadly their system doesn't have a verify page before submittal. I was told that I could not get a COVID test, and that I would have to reschedule for another day. I asked if there was a way to update my birthday, and I was informed that there was no way to go into the system, and update my information on their end or my end, and the only way to update is to completely resubmit with the first available date and time. I asked if I scheduled for another day, with the correct information, if they could just use that and attach the paperwork and do it today. The lady was very irritated at that point because I refused to leave the line till I had a new appointment scheduled. Half way through filling everything out, on my phone, I was asked to go back around. After I complete the appointment questionnaire I go back to the window to be greeted by a new lady. I told her that I had renewed my paper work with a new birthday and the day of the appointment and time. She clearly knew I was coming and very rudely said they refused to give me a COVID test, and to come back on my newly scheduled date. Spent about 45 mins there, and needless to say I almost lost my mind. I debated going in to buy a drink and start coughing all over the counter since clearly Walgreens believes COVID is not a societal concern. I would consider creating a system that allows people to make mistakes, and the ability to go in and fix them on either end. I guess if people in the Walgreens medical community actually felt the economic impact of this virus they might have more empathy towards the importance of their customers time. I absolutely hate writing reviews like this, but in the worlds current state I absolutely think a company who can't take of their customers, who are trying to keep everyone around them safe, shouldn't be in business. Walgreens has lost my business. Avoid this pharmacy at all cost.

When you enter into the store through sliding doors you are greeted and have an open space to walk into. The store is clean, well lit and organized. Very easy to get around and find what you need fast. I was picking up photos that I sent the day before through the Walgreens app. It was an easy process. I only waited a few moments before a counter greeter came to assist. Provided my name and phone number. She found the pictures and I cashed out right at the photo center. In and out in under 10 minutes. Can't beat that.

Placed the order on Saturday, and the site said it would be ready Saturday evening (I did this just to be safe, since Mother's Day was Sunday). When I went to pick up the book on Sunday, they said they were having issues with their printer and it wasn't doing the cover correctly, so the book wasn't ready. I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked if there's any way they could get the book done today as it was supposed to be ready yesterday and it is a gift for my mom. The woman working said I could come back in an hour and they'd have it done. I came back an hour later, waited (no exaggeration) 20 minutes at the photo counter for someone to help me, and the woman working the front checkout called for the photo associate 3-4 times on the intercom, she was nowhere to be found. Neither myself or the front checkout woman could find the book. When the photo associate finally showed up after 20 minutes, she located the photo book and I watched her look through it as she shook her head in disapproval. She didn't say anything to me, however, and proceeded to place the book in the packaging to ring me up. I asked if I could see the book and she gave it to me to look through. This is where I drew the line, the images were such poor quality, dark, and looked as if someone had put a filter over them. You could see the staples in the binding, and it was just an overall terrible quality book. I was astonished that she was going to let me pay for it after visibly disapproving of the product. I politely told her that I didn't want the book, appreciated her finding it, but I wasn't going to pay for that. I left the store with no photo book for my mom for Mother's Day :( I will not be using this location for my photo needs anymore, and am now skeptical of Walgreens overall for photo prints. Big thumbs down from me on this one.

I consider myself a very picky person when it comes to Customer Service. After starting with them over 3 years ago, I have been VERY happy with them. They are fast, friendly and knowledgeable. I never feel like I'm a burden to them, they always make me feel like a good friend. Their refill service is great, a nice personal touch to ensure that I never run out of critical meds. Love them!

They are very knowledgeable in anti-aging trends, open to questions from their customers so they educate as well as provide the compounded prescriptions. A customer oriented business that provide a much needed service with a caring staff! Plus a bonus location located next to a "Mom/Pop" butcher and other retail shops and eateries nearby so shopping and eating opportunities!

When I went in to get them, I was told they would be be ready until the next day because they had to be ordered. The next day I called and they said they hadn't ordered them and it would be another day to get them. If I ever get these prescriptions from them, it will probably be the last time. No one ever notified me of the delay and they obviously don't care about customers if they are lying about ordering them and not calling to let me know about any delays.
