I've definitely bought my share of aloe more than once here after a wicked sunburn from the beach. They also have a small toy selection, a few self-care/beauty things, etc. Pretty much anything you forgot to throw in your suitcase you can get replaced here. I also absolutely love that they still have the old soda fountain counter in the back. We love going and splitting a soda or a float like we're kids in the 1950s. The one thing I do miss is the large selection they used to have of beach toys and whatnot. Every visit we'd buy a kite to fly at the beach, or something goofy to take to oval like a big beach umbrella, chairs, or blow up floaties. It was always the highlight of our trip and I miss it!

Without saying anything to me, she walked over to the photo counter. She then looked at me and said, "Come here," while rolling her eyes. Once she found my order, she placed it on the counter near her to scan and simply said, "There you go, thanks." She didn't hand me my photos or make any effort to provide even basic customer service. she just stood there waiting for me to take them myself. I completely understand that everyone has bad days, and I try to give people grace for that. However, I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience when I was simply there to pick up something I had paid for. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because a small interaction like this can really affect a customer's experience. I went to have a prescription filled, only to be told they didn't have the medication in stock. They claimed it was on backorder and could take months to arrive. The woman at the window suggested I call every few days to check on their stock instead of calling daily. Two days later, I called back and learned they had received a new shipment--but by that time, my prescription had expired. When I originally visited, my script was still valid, but they couldn't fill it due to lack of supply. Now that the medication was available, they refused to fill it because the prescription had expired just one day earlier. What made the situation worse was how I was treated. The staff were incredibly unprofessional. The woman at the counter condescendingly told me it was "the law" and even offered to explain it to me, speaking over me in a rude manner. They had a fresh food section on the far left in the center of the store & a beautiful home section to the right of the entry. Even though we really didn't spend much time there I was especially impressed w/the cleanliness & organization of this store. My wife & her brother were anxious to go find someplace to eat as we had just driven to Holland MI from Chicago so we really didn't spend much time here One thing I found that interesting that I had never seen before was a changing station for an adult.
