I'm not a gym rat by any means, and have never really been comfortable on the fitness scene... however, krys has helped me feel at home in the gym here! His clientele range from young kids on school sports teams, to super strong men lifting absurd amount of weights, to folks like me just trying to not be out of breath trying my shoelaces, to 80 year old young men and women who out lift people half their age! For those new to the gym scene, Krys is there to offer tailored programs to ease you into it based on your needs, fitness level, and desired outcome. For those who know what they're doing and just need a place to workout, the gym is fully stocked with anything you need.. just pop in some ear buds and do your thing, no need to worry about people bugging or getting in the way. She trains out of Fit 4 Life in downtown Lawton and occasionally off site locations (like the park and high school track). I have worked out for many years and I found Mandy's positive personality and energy to help MY motivation. She has been involved in fitness for many years and has a strong background in gymnastics. Her boot camps are held M, W, F. The classes were absolutely phenomenal. Workouts could help the most fit or be tailored to help the least fit (or injured). Mandy is also a Beachbody coach and does nutritional counseling. She is not only an outstanding fitness professional, but also an inspiring coach and mentor. Her prices are also VERY reasonable! I tried to clean up the trash a bit before we let our pup play, but it just was not worth it and didn't want to risk her getting sick from something.
