Ashley called us the day AFTER my dad was in the hospital letting us know that the business "might" not be in business or it "might" not be an event center any longer. In an email later, Ashley informs us it's "Force Majeure" and that it would be impractical and impossible for the venue to host our wedding. After I spent about 15 minutes laughing at a non attorney explaining the law to the two of us (two attorneys)and that too incorrectly... I proceeded to freak out. This is bad business and we have been told they are looking to sell the business. I for one will be keeping an eye on this corporation and the officers involved. NO bride and groom should have to go through this while planning their wedding and the damage caused emotionally and financially is unforgivable. Get an ACTUAL attorney to do your work instead of a sales girl hired by daddy. Bad business practice that will follow them.

She was organized, calm, and on top of every detail. She made the entire process feel easy and stress free. On the wedding day, everything ran smoothly because of her and DJ Syd. The photographer, whose name I sadly forget, perfectly captured our memories. The food was amazing (get the chicken piccata). Our guests are still talking about it. Every dish was fresh, well prepared, and full of flavor. The service was even better than we expected. The staff was attentive, kind, and truly cared about making our day special. Perhaps best of all, is the fact that we weren't nickel and dimed. Their pricing was up front and truly turnkey. The value for our money was amazing. When I called him, he was in a very bad attitude, and he said that my event was not the only event he had that he had multiple events. He wasn't even humble enough to reach back and apologize for any miscommunication. Honestly, I would never recommend this place to no one because of the Chef. Now, if the chef was not part of this team, absolutely it's a good place to have an event. It's beautiful and everyone else is amazing. My end result was that I had to lose $2000 of my deposit to change Banquet Hall. I took this decision because I was not gonna leave the food in the hands of someone I did not trust. Shannon and Cheryl met with us 6 months, 3 months, and 1 month prior to our wedding for planning and prep, and answered any and all questions via email and text in between. As someone who works in the entertainment/events industry, and is extremely picky and particular about every detail, I felt so happy and impressed with the outcome. They allowed me to direct my own vision and their team made it all come to life. Having them there to help coordinate allowed me to relax and enjoy my night, without a worry of having to handle things on my own. Trust me, do the Twilight Reception.. it's so worth it.. the garden comes alive at night - the chandeliers and lights in the trees were a dream for me - and to dance the night away under the stars... ugh.... The guest of honor was able to arrive at the top of a staircase inside & walk down that stairs. There is also is a little room off to the side where they set up a photo booth. There was a young lady who was introducing the guest, her court & other guests. When the speaker announced it was time to eat & that she would call one table at a time I had NO idea where the buffet was. I thought it was going to be a long table of food but it was inside this little room. There were 2 servers & there was a little bit of a wait. It would of been nice if they supplied butter for the bread & plain spaghetti along with some black pepper. There was no salt & pepper shakers to be found. I was a little bummed not to see any seltzers or sliced lemons at the bar. Also it would of been nice to know it was a CASH ONLY BAR. I talked with my friend & she said she wasn't even aware it was cash only. That is something that the owners may want to tell their guest when they are looking to book this hall. I don't carry much cash on me & they were charging $10 for a Tito's. The girl also announced after they were done serving the food it would still be available for guests & just to let them know. I was actually hungry & could have gone for seconds but never saw anyone to ask. My friend arrived after the food was served with her 2 kids and no one came over to her. The staff was very, very slow to come pick up dirty dishes off the tables. I was not impressed by this. No one came to see if we needed our water pitches refilled. My empty drink cup sat on the table the whole night. I did like how they had a water bubbler next to the bar with cups to serve yourself water. It was pretty sad how the staff demolished the cake while cutting it. The pieces were all different sizes & just a hot mess at the end. See photo. Unless you want lots of stress, and possibly even having to find yourself a new venue at the last minute, do not book this venue. The owner makes lots of promises that he doesn't keep, he does not communicate or respond timely. In November 2022 he said the venue would be remodeled by March 2023, here we are in August and I just read a review that it hasn't been remodeled. In July during a food tasting I found out by the Coordinator that he couldn't provide the silver Chiavari chairs he promised, he said nothing could be done it was impossible knowing that he has a second venue, then he stated that he could put a green bow on gold chairs. My daughters colors are silver and green. Later he stated he would need to give me my money back, and for me to find somewhere else, 3-months before my daughters Quinceañera, then he stated he would keep my deposit, he is very sloppy, unprofessional, terrible communication. Your special event should be memorable and not stressful, go anywhere else give your money to a business that truly cares about you.
