This place is AWESOME!!! My daughter asked me if she could start playing softball and I found this place online. On their website it said we could text our questions if outside of business hours. Their response time was perfect. I told them I wanted to book 10 days (2x a week) during summer and their reply and prepay discount was well worth it! Even without their prepay discount, their prices are great. When we got there, their customer service was phenomenal! I knew NOTHING about softball or their machines and they were so passionate in helping us. They never got frustrated when I asked the same question more than once. My 7 year old son just finished their Winter baseball camp. It is 4 days and they offer it the week before Christmas and the week after. We signed up the week after which was the 26th-29th. The cost is $230.00. I made a mistake and had put the wrong days on my calendar as the 26th was a scheduled holiday, being the day after Christmas, so I actually did not take my son until the 27th, so he only went 3 days. I did not see much of the facility and have never been there before as it is not super close to where I live. It is inside a shopping center next to Lowes and looked super cool upon walking in. There is a little lounge type area with some snacks and also sitting around some of the batting areas that I was able to see. They asked for the kids to bring their gear including bats, helmet, money for snacks and they provided lunch including pizza and drinks. My son said they had sandwiches one day as well. As we arrived the 2nd day vs the 1st day, I am not sure if they did anything different, but when I arrived I introduced myself to Craig who was very friendly. They were very good about checking my child in and making sure to check them out, so I felt very safe with him there. Everyday I would ask my son what he did and if he liked it. The 1st day he seemed pretty pumped up, but complained that he he had to run 16 laps outside? He really couldn't stop talking about running these laps and said the next day he was told he was going to have to run more laps. He showed me the area that they had to run the laps. He said they were put into small groups and he had about 5 kids in his group. They played dodgeball, did some hitting and some fielding. The 2nd day I picked him up and he was sitting on the floor in the lobby and looked super sad. That is not really how I want to pick up my son from a camp HE CHOSE. I actually gave him the option between Tennis camp and a few other baseball camps and this is the camp he picked. He said he he had to do planks and couldn't do them and I think he felt pretty defeated. I didn't really know what to say other than ask if he tried his best and if he asked if he could sit out? The 3rd day, he was just happy it was over. He said he had a good time overall, but was happy he did not have to go back the next day! He said it was worth going and experiencing it, but that he just did not like the strenuous things like the long laps everyday, etc. I think he thought "camp" was just meant to be more fun. We have never done anything like this before and there were no expectations set up for us. That would really be part of my issue with the camp is I never got any status of how the day went, had no idea of what they were doing inside the camp, who my son was working with all day, or if what he was telling me was even true. He is 7. It was meant to be a learning experience for him and I am not a person that pushes their child into sports. Baseball is his choice. I am also a single mother in a world of baseball dads and coaches trying to teach a boy about baseball and it is disappointing to spend a lot of money and have him disappointed in an experience. So, maybe when he gets a bit older we can try a camp experience again or try it with a friend so he has a better time. read more

Easy to rent a cage online, it was about $40 an hour with the machine. They let you take food there and eat, our kids and I could watch my husband and daughter practice hitting as they have benches right outside the cage. Staff were friendly. read more

While we were in Vegas for 3 days, we decided to book a cage with hit-trax for my 13 year old son for some batting practice during spring break Bases Loaded Baseball opened at 2:00 pm and we walked in without a reservation. This was our first visit and we were greeted by Shane Taylor, facility manager. He accommodated us with a hit Trax auto pitch machine. Shane explained to us how hit trax operated and how to turn on/ off the machine after our 30 mins. $25 for approximately 60+ hard balls . My son was happy because the machine was pitching straight in the strike zone 90% of the time. This place is very clean and the staff is very welcoming. I highly recommend Bases Loaded Baseball for a good indoor batting cage for a teenager trying to brush up their skills. We will be coming back in the future. read more

This place is okay, wide nets and even certain tools to help you practice. My problem is hoe inconsistent the machines are. Sometimes it'll go 20 feet above you or end up too low. If they just fixed the machines, this would be the best place to go to in all of Vegas. If some of the pitches you cannot possibly hit, it's a scam of practice. read more

I haven't been to a batting cage in at least 15 yrs. I joined a work softball team and most of us haven't hit a ball in over a decade. I called and was able to get our team squeezed in to practice. I was quite impressed. The pitching machine worked perfectly the balls were at a perfect level. The employees were nice and explained how the machine worked. Would definitely come back. read more

Will not be binging my child back to this camp. of the 5 days of camp, he complained about being hit in the face 2x during drills. Mind you he's played baseball for a few years and has gotten hit just as many times during play.. seems odd that this would happen within a short time of being at this camp. Today, my son complained about a particular coach (college age) who threw the ball at his face during a drill. My son knows getting hurt is part of the sport but he genuinely felt like the throw to the face was intentional so I ask this facility to double check the attitudes of the young coaches. Super cheap for half an hour ($15), and super clean all around. There are tons of baseballs in the buckets (so you don't have to pick them up every other minute)! I will be back! Absolutely the best place in town....used to be scorpions....love everything about this place ..big lounge with comfy seating and a huge tv for parents to watch...glass to watch kids or you can go sit by the cage with plenty of bench seating . (take a cue on how to do it right uncle Charlie's or extra innings $50 an hr or whatever gay name u go by) ...nice workout area in the back and good pitchers area ...always have a ton of balls and safety nets and top of the line ... The people at the front are a joy to work with... Always helpful and understanding.... This place bless does on everywhere else... This place is amazing. Highly recommend. I bring my boys here every week to get practice batting. Very clean place. There is 7 cages to bat. Very spacious. Each cage is well covered so no balls come out and hit any one. They have the option to have a machine to pitch to you or they have the net to have someone pitch to you. Large, clean, well maintained batting cages. Home of the scorpions, it's the reason we come. Not sure when they have open cages but I'm sure they do. There are 5-6 large caged areas. If you have been to any other cages in this area you will know that having a large space is limited. They also have a great lounge area. Seats, tv, tables, and arcade (only a few games). They also try and temperate control the facility which again if you've been to any other cage it's either super cold or super hot depending on the season. read more

Awesome new facility that is very clean and much bigger than the old location. The new staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and can help with making a reservation. It's always better to make a reservation so you're guaranteed cage time but they do take walk ins. You can also request a cage with a pitching machine for baseball and softball. The new facility has a large waiting area with a tv, a team shop, a snack bar, and an arcade so the siblings (and parents) have something to do while waiting. There are also coaches available for hitting and pitching that offer private lessons and good prices. read more

Bases Loaded is my favorite batting cage to go to. My son has a really good connection with one of the head coaches Craig Colleti. He is super enjoyable and a great coach to be around. He is my idol. Me and my sons love for this cage is immaculate and I will never go to another cage except Bases Loaded. The cages are super clean and always lined up. They even have popcorn machine that is a top seller for my son because he loves popcorn! Little bit pricier than NW competition at peak hours. But they have a daytime special that's pretty good. Can be a difficult to schedule because it's busy and the front desk staff seem to be often confused. But has the best mound cage in the NW. Parking is poor in the evenings. We used to like Bases Loaded. Not anymore. They moved but haven't bothered to update their website with the new address. The new location is huge, but it is complete chaos and a mess inside. Even though we had reservations, they weren't ready for us nor did they have a pitching machine ready as promised for our reservation. We lost about 10 minutes of our cage time trying to get it resolved with a staff member who insisted we were wrong, that we hadn't asked for a softball pitching machine. Ambivalent staff, trash/food wrappers/cups all over the floors, some dry slippery substance all over the floor too, which resulted in one of our party taking a nasty spill. Just a mess, loud and not good customer service. I won't be back nor will any of the softball teams we're involved with. Sad, because they used to be really great when they were smaller and more customer focused. read more

It's kind of a dump in here. Too bad, really, because they have a large facility and with a little bit of work, it could be a cool facility. I liked the giant hopper of baseballs in the tunnel I was given. I wasn't very impressed with the gentleman on duty - awful customer service skills. I don't think it's a lot to ask to be acknowledged when I stand at a counter. Also, I didn't appreciate paying twenty five dollars for my tunnel when the website advertised twenty. read more
