The facility was clean and felt safe. The staff was friendly, and it was nice to have a comfortable place for parents to sit while still being able to keep an eye on the kids. They only charged for one child's price and an adult can go into the play area with the child to supervise. Socks are required any type they did not make us purchase socks there with the special grips like trampoline places do. It's a great option on hot or rainy Florida days when you still want your little ones to get plenty of exercise and social play. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it to other families looking for a fun indoor playground!

Parking was free because we went on a weekday, i saw signage for paid parking so im not sure if it is always free. The waivers muat be completed before checkout. They wrist band you and then guide you to the next window where they will harness you. Following the harness you go through an intro training and then a practice course before being allowed on the main platform. The great thing about this is that they show you how to stay connected and safe. We started at yellow and made our way up to green level course. Next time we will attempt the blue and the black. The way it works is that once you are done with the training course they mark your badge with the final time that you will be able to go to the main platform and start a course. We were climbing for about 2 hours before we decided to call it! It's a great physical and mental stimulation. You can tell that they care about the course because everything was maintained. Additionally, the staff were soooo nice! Great team! There is also a gift shop with ice-cream and some small finger food if you need a bite while out there. I recommend bringing your own water because they cost 8 dollars! We will be back!!

Not knowing what to expect we were so impressed with the space. Very kid friendly and super interactive. The rays were my favorite as they are like little puppies wanting to be petted. The mermaid show was so impressive. Swimming in salt water with live animals and staying in the water for 30+ minutes straight is wild! I look forward to our next visit to the area and enjoying Mertailors again!

The way the play area is laid out, you can can pretty much see your kids at all angles and that is helpful for me on this particular day, as I was trying to get some work done on my computer. Kids are not to wear shoes and socks are required. I love Sesame Street so this was a fun and colorful place for this kids to play. I love that too that they will shut this area down periodically throughout the day to do a thorough clean of the equipment. How awesome is that?! If you are visiting this mall with the kiddos, you must stop here for your kiddos to burn some energy and hopefully, help out with that nap that parents are so thankful for!!!

But after going on the tour of 90 minutes I was able to understand all that the sanctuary does for these animals. Most of these animals come from other people who have kept them as pets or who have not kept good care of them, so this is a safe place for them. I was so honored to get to see so many animals being cared for with respect, and get to meet the people who volunteer their time to give comfort to these animals. The best part is that all the proceeds go directly to the animals' care and welfare. It's not like other places where a percentage will go to the employees. At this sanctuary the proceeds go straight back to the animals. If you're an animal lover like me I would recommend going!

Outside, the animals were the highlight for us. They have mini horses, parrots, goats, a camel, zedonks, lemurs, monkeys, and so much more. We got to feed many of them with carrots and feed mix, which the kids loved. The all-inclusive tickets also came with free ice cream, which was great after being outside with the animals. We ended up skipping the gold panning activity since our oldest was a bit tired today, but I thought it was really cute that kids get to cash in whatever they find for ice cream.
