I went in for my first massage with yesterday, desperate for muscle pain and stress relief. I was blown away by her knowledge and approach to treating. She spent 30 minutes prior discussing different techniques to address my areas of concern including "cupping" which I'd never experienced. My treatment was outstanding, I felt relaxed and relief afterwards.The cupping has already alleviated a significant amount of severe pain that I was experiencing in my foot. I've gone the Massage Envy/ Hand & Stone chain route before. The turnover is was so frequent that I could never find someone I liked and I always felt like I was being up sold, which I hate. Aaron used a variety of different approaches to get to my deep knots in my back: massage, cupping, and even an electric massager that looked like a drill and felt like heaven. I am an athlete and I work at my desk 8-10 hours a day, so I get some serious issues in my back. Aaron didn't miss a step jumping right in there.
