Aaron used a variety of different approaches to get to my deep knots in my back: massage, cupping, and even an electric massager that looked like a drill and felt like heaven. I am an athlete and I work at my desk 8-10 hours a day, so I get some serious issues in my back. Aaron didn't miss a step jumping right in there. He pulled out the big guns (I mentioned the electric contraption, right?!) and left me feeling like I'd had a great workout: a little sore but mostly relaxed and ready for the next thing. Arrived for my appointment and in less than a minute she was trying to upsell me 'a combo for $10 more'. Although I declined, she still asked me two more times. Then I go back to the massage table and she wants me to lie on my back and put my feet in a bucket of water about 18" below the edge of the bed. Unless she was going to go Kathy Bates on me, there was no way I could both lay down and put my feet in a bucket 18" below the edge of the bed. The only way was to sit, or scootch down and angle my legs into the bucket. Doing that, the edge of the bucket dug painfully into my calves. I tried to explain I could either lie down or put my feet in the water, but not both. She just kept telling me to lie down and put my feet in the bucket. I got up and left.

The foot massage was awesome and hit every inch from ankles to toes. The hair treatment was very relaxing and also included a short arm, neck and shoulder massage. My hair feels great - so soft! We "joked" about going back tomorrow and doing it again!
