Unless she was going to go Kathy Bates on me, there was no way I could both lay down and put my feet in a bucket 18" below the edge of the bed. The only way was to sit, or scootch down and angle my legs into the bucket. Doing that, the edge of the bucket dug painfully into my calves. I tried to explain I could either lie down or put my feet in the water, but not both. She just kept telling me to lie down and put my feet in the bucket. I got up and left.

I went in for my first massage with yesterday, desperate for muscle pain and stress relief. I was blown away by her knowledge and approach to treating. She spent 30 minutes prior discussing different techniques to address my areas of concern including "cupping" which I'd never experienced. My treatment was outstanding, I felt relaxed and relief afterwards.The cupping has already alleviated a significant amount of severe pain that I was experiencing in my foot. I've gone the Massage Envy/ Hand & Stone chain route before. The turnover is was so frequent that I could never find someone I liked and I always felt like I was being up sold, which I hate.
