I repeatedly asked for one minute to search my records, and she would not stop interrupting or pressing me. She insisted they "only issue physical gift cards," which was not how mine was purchased. The interaction became confrontational and unprofessional. Eye-rolling, dismissive tone, and refusal to simply pause and look further created an unnecessarily hostile situation. Instead of leaving relaxed after a 90-minute massage, I left feeling pressured and upset. I ultimately paid again just to get out of the building. What makes this worse is that the moment I got to my car, my daughter immediately located the purchase confirmation under the exact email I had provided -- meaning the credit did exist exactly as I said. It is extremely disappointing when the quality of the service inside the room is undone by poor customer service at the front desk. Basic patience and professionalism would have solved this in under a minute. Instead, it turned into an avoidable negative experience.

She was very easy to talk to, made me feel comfortable during my visit, and was confident that she could help me. After only one session she told me that I was good to go and instructed me to do a few exercises at home every day for the next week. I thought to myself "surely this isn't going to work... there's no way an issue I've had for 10 years will go away with just some massage and stretches." I must say: it did get a little worse before it got better (she warned me this might happen) but now a few months down the line: I am officially free of shin pain and was able to finally complete my first marathon! It was meant to be a relaxing part of our celebration. When we arrived for our 2 PM appointment, we were informed that one of the massage therapists had been sent home sick. While we absolutely understand that health and safety come first, the way this was communicated to us felt abrupt and impersonal. The staff member who delivered the news was nonchalant, and while she repeated that it was about "our safety". Considering the context of our celebration and the planning that went into the appointment, the delivery felt dismissive rather than empathetic. We were then offered a facial and massage combo or to split the time with just one of us receiving a massage. That suggestion felt out of touch for a couple celebrating their anniversary. It made it clear there was little thought or care behind the service experience, despite my husband being in communication with the location well in advance. When we declined the facial offer, the front desk assistant kindly wrote down numbers for sister locations that might be able to fit us in. While we appreciated her effort, it would have been far more helpful and service-oriented if the team had called on our behalf, explained the situation, and tried to help us get rescheduled - especially since it was Mother's Day and last-minute availability was unlikely. I am giving two stars instead of one because the front desk assistant at least tried to help, which is more than we can say for her counterpart, and the space itself was clean.
