The first was SUP (stand up paddle board)…read moreyoga on Lake Tahoe, which was a fun experience and what I would describe as an intro to paddle boarding combined with a mini-gentle yoga practice once you are out on the water. If you are looking for a great workout, do not choose this activity. If you are looking for some time in the lake, a chance to get acquainted with balancing on a paddle board and gently waking up with some yoga poses, this is exactly what you want. The next one we tried was the 75 minute heated vinyasa class at the Truckee Location. The studio is great, well heated, and everything was clean. This class wasn't really what I would describe as vinyasa, though. It was more of a super fast moving bikram-type sequence, combined with sculpting. If you want to get a good workout, enjoy Bikram, and sweat a lot, this is for you. If you want to feel a flow and the gradual build from one pose to another, this is probably not your class.

She told me to never come back to the studio; and if I would talk to the owner with the attitude I entered the studio, she'd tell me to fuck off. When I asked her name she yelled "guess it" and walked away. The owner didn't demonstrate any interest in the situation. I've never seen any business where an employee yells at a customer and turns the client off the business. Horrible experience!!!
