The price was so low because the prior owner was a two-pack-a-day smoker who LIVED in it. The trailer was only three years old but the walls were already yellowed and the interior positively reeked of smoke. We'd called around and while other local companies told us they wouldn't work with a RV, Cuevas Cleaning was happy to oblige. The husband/wife team were friendly and upbeat, awesome customer service. They absolutely worked wonders on that sad interior and they certainly worked hard. Once they were finished, we were presented with a shiny, odor-free trailer with white walls, not yellow. There was no trace whatsoever that it once housed a heavy smoker. I'd highly recommend their services.

We had had a bad experience with Reeds Furniture attempting to deliver a couch to us and in the process which took 2 attempts the couch was delivered but the entryway walls were badly damaged. When I realized Scott was a painter we asked him to send us a quote to patch and re-paint the entire entryway . I was sent the quote in a very timely manner( and it was at a very fair price) and scheduled the paint job. Scott and his daughter came within a week and did an exceptional job in less than a day. They didn't clean the…read moreshower walls and grout, they didn't wet mop the tile floors (they may have dry mopped them, but I still found dust & grime afterwards), they didn't polish the wood furniture (perhaps trying to same money on wood polish?), they didn't clean the surface of any cabinets, drawers, floor boards or walls. However...they managed to scrub so hard & close to the stove burners that they broke and frayed the starting wires on our Wolf stove! They broke the toilet seat & top right off the fairly new toilet, but chose not to tell us. (I found out right after they left.) They kicked a panel of our antique Shoji screen out, and we had to carefully fit back in -- took my husband an hour. (They failed to mention that to us either.) We are still finding things they didn't clean, like our metal fireplace in the guest house, which had rust drips down it, and my husband cleaned it himself with cleanser this morning. I'm not sure they even USE cleanser, because the house didn't smell fresh & clean afterwards. I realize it's hard to find good help these days, but these people are the worst. They aren't cheap either. I will never use them again, and I recommend you look elsewhere for a cleaning service...
