I will assume she looked up my home information and based the quote off of that. She provided me with a quote for a soft wash for $295 when I requested pressure wash. I questioned the soft wash quote?!?! She said, yes it's much better.... Soft wash might be better for the roof or home, but I don't feel that was her decision to make. The right thing to do would be to provide a quote for both, and explain the benefits Soft Wash provides vs pressure wash, especially when it's the roof. For this reason, I did not call back.
