They ended up, because of one reason or another (painter wouldn't do the job, hospital visits bc sick, two days just didn't show up at all, etc) taking three full weeks, when we specifically picked them because they said 3-4 days. They didn't use painters tape and did not sand anything or spackle holes like the contract mentioned. They left streaks all over the ceiling and walls. They did not paint around outlets or knobs properly (either leaving obvious gaps unpainted or painting the light switch). They also painted the whole house the wrong color originally. I tried to be patient because I understand good labor is hard to come by because of the pandemic, but it's not an excuse. They are charging us almost $3,500 to leave us with work to do.

A few months ago, I had a brand new wood fence installed along the perimeter of my property. To preserve the wood grain, I hired Jose to apply a clear-coat wood stain to the fence. He advised me to wait approximately 30 days after installation before applying a stain to the fence. I listened to his advice and when he was finished, the fence looked flawless. No streaks, no blotches ... it looked flawless and rich. Then, this past week I hired Jose to paint the exterior of my home. Once again, he did a phenomenal job.
