Hands down the best lash extension experience I've ever had! Make sure to turn when you see the entryway to the garage... there was plenty of parking when I went. Booking was super easy online, with lots of availability and reasonable pricing. I booked the classic lash extension set. Note: entrance to the studio is three flights of stairs up and all the way at the end of the walkway. The studio is clean, comfortable, and very aesthetic. My lash tech was incredibly sweet, calming, and welcoming. She actually took the time to go over different styles with me - asking about my preferences for length and curl, and even showing visual examples so I could get exactly the look I wanted/be able to visualize. I've never had that level of care before and appreciated it. Since I don't get lash extensions regularly, she also explained the differences between styles and lengths to help me understand what would suit me best. During the service, I felt pretty relaxed - she was super gentle, especially when applying the tape under my eyes (something that's usually uncomfortable/irritating elsewhere). Diana is the sweetest lash girl ever with a cosy cute studio. Highly reccomend for natural lash extensions in the Bay Area. I also think her prices are very fair for the quality and style. I get the light volume set for the anime lash / manga lash / wispy lash style. I like her time availability and as long as you book a week before, you can get some good time slots. For my first set, I definitely lost a good amount of lashes after 3 weeks but it still looked wispy in photos. Lovely lash studio with reasonable pricing!! I've gotten my lashes done a couple of times and this has been my favorite so far. Booking is a breeze and the studio is very cute. Diana is a professional and takes her time understanding the style you want. But even if you don't know what you want, she'll can help you by showing pictures of the different kinds sets she has done, organized by style. She can also show you the different kinds of lash curls. She even has example lash sets on a stick you can "try on"! I ended up getting the anime style and I loved the finished look! Diana has delicate hand so nothing was uncomfortable but she checked-in with me often to ask if I had any irritation, which I appreciated! After the appointment, she offered me snacks and water. I had such a great experience with Diana! From the start, she was quick and responsive when I reached out through Yelp. I sent her photos of my usual falsies and an inspiration photo of the lash style I wanted, and she took the time to review them thoroughly. She asked thoughtful questions to make sure she understood exactly what I was going for and that I felt comfortable throughout the process. The space is beautifully decorated and has such a calming vibe--definitely a bonus! I'm new to lash extensions and had previously had bad experiences where they felt uncomfortable, didn't fit my eye shape, or caused irritation and redness for days. I was hesitant to try again, but I'm so glad I did, it was a completely different experience. She was light-handed and took a very thoughtful approach, doing one eye first to make sure I liked the look before moving on to the other. She slowly added volume to ensure it wasn't too much and never rushed the process. The session took about 2 hours, and she even took photos of the final look to reference for future appointments, which will make them quicker next time. At the end, she offered me a drink, some mixed nut snacks, and a little lash aftercare package--such a sweet and professional touch. Diana is incredibly skilled, attentive, and kind. She is extremely responsive and communicative, and will work closely with you to come up with a lash design that will suit your personal style and lifestyle. Her work is meticulous and very detailed- especially her manhua/anime style sets. Give her a try, you might fall in love! I found her while looking for a new lash tech, and her portfolio was stunning! I was looking for an artist who can offer a flattering manhua/anime style lash without being overwhelming for my eye shape and facial features. She communicated with me regarding what I was looking for and how different lash curls/lengths/styles would look, and curated a lovely set. She is extremely responsive and willing to work with you to create your one-of-a-kind work of art! Optics: her shop is located on the 3rd story of a building complex. The building is off the main road, however there is ample parking, but drive slowly or you may miss the turn into the parking area. Other than that, the area is safe, clean, and easy to navigate. Her studio itself was very bright and clean. She offered snacks and water and is very generous! The set up: When I arrived, she was working on a mock-up lash strip to demonstrate the style she interpreted from our previous consultation. The design she had made already looked very nice, however I wanted to try different curl styles as I have long lashes that grow downward. She showed and explained the different lash curls she offered and we decided LB curls would both sit on my natural lashes comfortably and look as seamless as possible. I also have very oily eyelids and eyelashes, and my sets lasted very well even after 2 weeks, with minimal shedding that still held its shape. Session: Diana is very gentle and soft spoken. Before she began cleaning my lashes or prepping them, she explained what she would be doing, so you won't be surprised while your eyes are closed She is quite fast- it took 1.5 hours to do my full set and bottom lashes, but she is very careful and meticulous. I didn't feel rushed at any point. When I returned for my 2-week fill, the appointment took approximately 30-45 minutes. Results: stunning results (photos attached). I got so many compliments on them! I prefer something more natural with an eye opening effect, and she curated a beautiful set! The lashes itself were not heavy and very comfortable, even from the 1st day. I had no extensions that caught onto other lashes, either. Aftercare: Diana is so sweet! She sends you off with a little spoolie and sponge, instructions on how to clean and maintain your lashes, and snacks for your liking. read more
