The owner, I believe whose name is Michael, was less than happy about having to stand by his product. He has quite a temper. The real reason I'm just now reviewing them is because of what happened yesterday. A very large, $900 canvas print I purchased and had 'professionally hung' by California Design's employee/contractor, at an additional cost, btw, fell off the wall! Not only is my wall gouged from the corner of the frame hitting it as it fell, the back frame holding the wire also came apart. That will be difficult to repair because of how it was initially put together. What I am upset about is that the installer used two screws, with no wall anchor or being secured by a stud, to hold this heavy picture! Unbelievably sloppy work. It took three years, but it finally failed, which he knew it eventually would. I paid to have it hung properly, which it wasn't. California Designs is now out of business, and no wonder! Good riddance to bad attitudes and poor work ethic.

Without the staging that Michael did for a house that was a complete redo the house would've sat on the market for A LONG TIME. Whatever your needs are you would be foolish not to go to California Style Home Collections!!!
